Responsible for the platform's test automation strategy. Rebuilt the team's testing pipeline from the ground up, replacing a slow and flaky Zephyr Scale setup with a Cypress framework running independently from the main codebase in a web-based environment. In addition to automation ownership, I handle day-to-day QA work: testing tasks, validating bugfixes, and writing test cases for new features, increasingly supported by AI agents to speed up test case generation. I'm also responsible for testing the platform's Salesforce-integrated sections, performing integration and regression testing across both the web application and Salesforce environments. The company follows an agile methodology, using Jira, and we work in sprints to deliver high-quality solutions.

Joined as an intern, gaining first professional experience in QA, and was hired full-time upon completion of the internship. Gained hands-on knowledge in software testing and business operations at a technology company. As a Quality Analyst (QA), responsibilities included planning and developing test cases, creating test scenarios, documenting tests and the platform, running functional and non-functional tests, analyzing requirements, writing bug reports, and automating test cases using the Ghost Inspector tool.

Also volunteered as a QA tester for some of Cypress's tools and features before their public launch, including Studio AI and cy.prompt, helping the team catch issues during testing ahead of release.
A custom, open-source Cypress plugin I built and published on GitHub. It solves a common problem for QA teams: test coverage lives inside the codebase, so stakeholders, product managers, and QA partners without repository access usually have no easy way to see what is actually being tested. cypress-docgen reads your Cypress test files and automatically generates readable documentation straight from them, with support for custom formats and Markdown output, so the docs stay in sync with the tests instead of being written and maintained by hand separately. In short: tests that document themselves.

Graduated in Computer Science, where I developed solid skills in programming, data analysis, and problem-solving. Engaged in hands-on, collaborative projects that helped me grow my ability to innovate and work well as part of a team.
Autograder configuration and implementation (volunteer project, 12/2022-02/2023): during that break, I joined a volunteer project at UVV with professor Abrantes Araújo Silva Filho to configure and implement an Autograder, something completely new to me at the time. It was a huge challenge and the responsibility felt intimidating at first, but professor Abrantes was always by our side, offering guidance and encouragement. We spent hours studying, testing, and documenting, often staying up late to solve problems or better understand some aspect of the project, and working alongside my colleagues and watching our progress made the whole experience extremely rewarding.
